1212 Howe is one of the newest condo buildings in downtown Vancouver. The building with the name that never lets you forget it’s address, was completed in the fall of 2008. Originally built as an apartment building, 1212 Howe was completely redone with even a new rainscreening system complete with 5 year warranty.
The downtown condo tower is 18 storeys and contains 150 residential units at the corner of Davie and Howe. While amenities are few in the building (a meeting room and garden area), directly at the front door is a world class fitness facility (Fitness World) and a soon to be opened Tim Horton’s.
