September Home Sales Strong, Prices Continue Rise

September was yet another strong month for the Vancouver real estate market.
A typical single family detached home in Vancouver sold for $726,268, a rise of 12% over a year ago. Meanwhile, apartments in East Vancouver rose by 16% to $309,575. 2,776 sales were recorded by MLS, a 10.2% increase over a year ago.
