The last week that I reported on was one of the strongest in well over a year in the Vancouver real estate market. This past week could just not exceed that, but it certainly held it’s own.

The month of July 2009 was the strongest July (by sales volume) ever. Yes. It was a bigger July than we had during the entire boom period of the early to mid-2000s (the next strongest was July 2003). Yet again we saw the Kitsilano real estate market mirror that activity.
