The New Yorker is a seven storey 84 unit concrete tower built in 2001. It’s located in the very popular Kitsilano neighborhood of Arbutus Walk. The Arbutus Walk neighborhood was originally an old brewery, but was converted into a very desirable neighborhood of condominiums in the late 1990s.

The Savona is a 4 storey, 103 unit condo development in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver. It was built in 2000 as part of the Arbutus Walk development by Concert Properties.
