I have never, ever done anything like this. My only previous experience with the media was way back in highschool. Although, I’m pretty sure that my yearbook photos wouldn’t count as media experience (Those of you that I went to highschool with please cut out and destroy my Grade 12 yearbook photo. Thank you).

Yes. I actually did it.

On Monday, June 22nd 2009 I climbed the Grouse Grind 13 times in one day. I was feeling a bit apprehensive about the event as the day approached, but I ended up breaking the official Grouse Mountain record of 12.
