The total Active Listings in the Fairview Vancouver real estate market fell to 299. Last month’s 328 was the high for the year.

Fairview Vancouver Homes Sold (Fairview Vancouver Condos only) – 22

The month of November saw 22 sales in Fairview. This was a strong uptick from the low reached last month of just 15 sales. Average Sale Price reached a new low of $412,000 (from $463,000 last month). Average days on market rose significantly to an annual high of 89 (from 47). The average per square foot price was $454 for Fairview Vancouver condos in November, 2008.

Fairview Vancouver Home Sale Prices (Fairview Vancouver Condos only)

There was 6 sales under $300,000, 8 sales between $300,000 and $400,000, 3 sales between $400,000 and $500,000, 3 sales between $500,000 and $600,000 and 1 sale between $600,000 and $700,000, and 1 sale between $900,000 and $1,000,000.

The least expensive sale was $252,000 for a 31 year old 528 sq ft one bedroom. The most expensive sale was $950,000 for a new construction, 1403 sq ft, 2 bedroom.
