The previous two months saw a small increase in Active Listings in Vancouver Fairview. However, as with much of the city Fairview saw the number of Active Listings decline in April 2009 to 206 from 214.
Fairview Vancouver Homes Sold (Fairview Vancouver Condos only)

From a low of just 18 Sales in January 2009, we have seen a rapid increase in the number of Sales taking place in the Vancouver Fairview real estate market. April 2009 saw Sales reach 58 which was a solid increase over the 41 seen in March.
The Average Sale Price fell slightly to $441,000 in April 2009 from $455,000 in March. Cumulative Days on Market fell slightly to 72 (from 79) days. Meanwhile, the Average Price Per Square Foot rose slightly to $475 from $471.
Fairview Vancouver Home Sale Prices (Fairview Vancouver Condos only)
There were 7 sales between $200,000 and $300,000, 20 sales between $300,000 and $400,000, 17 sales between $400,000 and $500,000, 5 sales between $500,000 and $600,000, and 5 sales between $600,000 and $700,000, 2 sales between $700,000 and $800,000 and 2 sales between $800,000 and $900,000.
The least expensive sale was $209,000 for a 60 year old 792 sq ft one bedroom. The most expensive sale was $925,000 for a 3 year old, 1581 sq ft, 3 bedroom.
