Here are the Fairview Vancouver real estate market statistics for September, 2008. I’ve included the chart above so that you can see visually what’s been happening in the Fairview Vancouver real estate market over the course of the year.Fairview Vancouver Homes for Sale (Fairview Condos only) – 322

We saw total condo listings rise to 322 in the Fairview real estate market for the month of September 2008. As we’ve already seen with a number of other communities that I’ve highlighted this month, this was a new high for the year.

Fairview Vancouver Homes Sold (Fairview Condos only) – 28

There were 28 Fairview homes sold (condos) for the month of September in the Fairview Vancouver real estate market, with the average sale price at $515,000. Of the units that sold, their cumulative days on market was 70 days. The average per square foot price for Fairview condo sales in the month of September, 2008 was $546.

Aside from highest number of active listings, we hit a few other unpleasant extremes for the year in the Fairview real estate market. Total sales for the month (28) is the low for the year while 70 days is tied with August for the longest days on market.

Fairview Vancouver Home Sale Prices (Fairview Condos only)

There was 1 sale under $300,000, 6 sales between $300,000 and $400,000, 9 sales between $400,000 and $500,000, 7 sales between $500,000 and $600,000, 3 sales between $600,000 and $700,000, and 1 sale at $785,000 and 1 sale at $1,440,000.
