Everyone loves a great deal, right? Well, one of the secrets of Vancouver real estate is that you can often get a great deal by purchasing a Vancouver foreclosure property.
Over the past few years we haven’t seen a lot of foreclosures in the Vancouver real estate market. However, with a slowing economy and a real estate market in which some people got in over their heads we are seeing a slight increase in the number of Vancouver homes in foreclosure (if you’d like to learn how to avoid Vancouver foreclosure then check out this page).
The final step of the foreclosure process is that the court orders the sale of the property in question. At that point, the home usually is sold through a Vancouver realtor on MLS. Right now in Vancouver, there are 26 foreclosure properties available on MLS. You can view all of the current Vancouver foreclosures for sale right here (current only as of January 5th, 2009).
