Every month, I actually dig even deeper into the MLS statistics. I look at specific communities in Vancouver and report those statistics for you as well. The communities that I post regular Vancouver MLS statistic updates on include Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver, Fairview, Grandview, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant and the West End of Vancouver.
