This past week we had another strong week in the Vancouver real estate market. However, compared to the previous stellar week (which was the strongest week yet this year) this past week was not quite as strong.
New listings were down ever so slightly (-2.99%) to 357 from 368 the week before. In the meantime, sales were down (-12.57%) to 160 from 183. The result was that the Sell/List ratio dropped (-4.91) to a still very strong 44.82% from 49.73%.
Price changes dropped (-21.56%) from the high of 218 the previous week down to 171 last week. Removed Listings feel dramatically now that we are in the middle of the month to 108 from 355.
Active Listings rose slightly (2.66%) to 4206 from 4097 in the Vancouver real estate market. It shall be interesting to see where these numbers lead us next year.
