It’s tough to beat the type of news week we had last week for the Vancouver real estate market. This past week we were still mulling over the affects of some of the announcements made last week, such as the HST. The biggest news of the week, was the record July we had in the Vancouver housing market and that signs are beginning to appear right across the country that Canadian real estate could be on the way to recovery.
